During the celebration of the 90th anniversary of Michigan State Parks at Bewabic State Park on June 20, DNR Fisheries Technician Mark Mylchreest (right) offer hands-on identification of a variety of fish species to the Bonetti family of Green Bay, Wis. The Bonettis are frequent visitors to the area with a vacation home on Chicaugon Lake. They, like over 150 other visitors, enjoyed a day at Fortune Lake during the DNR’s “GO-Get Outdoors” program which included, kayak demonstrations, archery, knot tying, track identification, furs and skull program, wood carving and Ojibway storytelling.
