Former Detroit Tiger Ike Blessitt teaches the youngsters how to throw the ball—straight and chest-high. Later, the topic was hitting. Blessitt talks to youngsters at the start of a baseball clinic held at Bachman Park April 15. He talked about his experiences and what he has learned. One of his most important points to them: Keep up with your schoolwork! Little League tryouts were scheduled for early this week.
