IRON RIVER--Ski Brule has developed a free program to help first-time skiers, snowboarders and cross country skiers ages 10 and up learn to navigate the sport.
Included with this package is a lift ticket, lesson and rental—all free. The programs are offered on the following days for the remainder of the season:
--Skiing: Fridays.
--Snowboard: Fridays and Wednesdays.
--Cross country: Sundays.

Ski Brule is open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the front side and 9 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on the backside. Night sessions are from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
