ALPHA - The Alpha Museum, will be holding their 16th annual Memorial Bake Sale Saturday, May 25 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the historic Alpha Village Hall. Easy to locate, 3 miles South of Crystal Falls on US-2 and 2 miles West on County Road 424, the Hall is part of Alpha’s Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places
All proceeds support the Museum’s mission to preserve Alpha and Mastodon Township area history, along with maintaining the Museum’s 1st National Bank building, also listed on the National Historic Register and located on the historically recognized traffic circle.
The Museum, a Michigan 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation, depends upon proceeds from the yearly bake sale, a 4th of July raffle and annual memberships along with contributions to continue with their mission.
While out doing Memorial Weekend tasks, you’re invited to stop in for a treat for yourself or your family and help support a worthwhile cause.
Donors are asked to bring their home-baked items to the Hall between 8 - 9 a.m. Questions may be directed to 906-367-6449.
