IAHF establishes a scholarship for graduates

IRON RIVER / CRYSTAL FALLS – Iron Area Health Foundation (IAHF) is pleased to announce that they have established a new scholarship available to graduates from both West Iron County and Forest Park beginning with the class of 2023.
The Iron Area Health Foundation scholarship will be awarded annually to a graduate from both West Iron County and Forest Park who are pursuing a degree in a health-related field upon graduation from high school. 
Graduating seniors who are interested in applying for the Iron Area Health Foundation Scholarship must complete the scholarship application form which will be available at both the West Iron County and Forest Park Schools.
The application will include submitting the students high school transcripts, letter of college or university acceptance, two letters of recommendation and a three paragraph personal statement outlining the reason for choosing a health related field of study and the impact growing up in a rural community had on your decision and the importance of health related services to rural communities. 
The deadline to apply for this year's Iron Area Health Foundation Scholarship is May 1.
