CRYSTAL FALLS – Fans of R.E.M. will want to see the highly-acclaimed tribute band Dead Letter Office perform at Crystal Theatre Friday, July 12 at 7 p.m.

Dead Letter Office have dedicated themselves to faithfully reproducing the music and energy of a live R.E.M. show. Based out of western New York since 2014, the band has been thrilling audiences throughout the U.S. and Canada, providing a show that’s been missed since R.E.M. parted company.

In addition to performing R.E.M.’s major hits, Dead Letter Office also dives deep into their catalog to please the die-hard fans. The band has even been joined onstage by actual members of R.E.M. Mike Mills joined them in Buffalo, NY for “Man on the Moon” and Peter Buck performed “Sitting Still” and “So. Central Rain” with them in San Francisco.

Current members of Dead Letter Office include Chuck Eaton on bass guitar, acoustic guitar and vocals and Matt King on electric guitar, mandolin and keyboard. Scott Ryan plays acoustic and electronic percussion, keyboard, bass guitar and sings. The lead vocalist is Chris Sanchirico and David Shahin completes the band on keyboards, acoustic and electric guitar, bass guitar and vocals.
