WIC celebrates grads

IRON RIVER - The West Iron County class of 2024 celebrated its commencement on May 24 at Charles Greenlund Gymnasium with the graduation of 44 seniors. Seanna Stine, class vice president, introduced the ceremony’s speaker, Allison Horn. Class President Haiden Gill authored and presented a message to the graduating class. Principal Michael Berutti presented the class. Superintendent Kevin Schmutzler presented diplomas and Caleb Strom offered the Benediction before the National Anthem was played. 

The class selections were: Flower - white rose tipped in blue, Motto - “Take pride in how far you’ve come. Have faith on how far you can go. But don’t forget to enjoy the journey”, Song - “Good Old Days” by Macklemore and Colors -  blue, silver and black.
