Back to School Reading Blitz at WIDL

IRON RIVER — What’s a perfect way to wrap up summer and kick off a fresh school year? Kids of all ages are invited to participate in a Back-to-School Reading Blitz.
Stop by the West Iron District Library to pick up a reading log. Depending on your child’s age, fill each line with either a completed picture book/easy reader book or a completed chapter from a chapter book. 
Kids can return full reading logs and choose a prize (including school supplies) from our prize cart. Get your school year off to a strong start, finish your summer strong, and travel to worlds beyond. 
Turn in completed logs to redeem for prizes any day on or before Aug. 20. If you have questions about this activity, call the West Iron District Library at 906-265-2831.
