CRYSTAL FALLS – Many choose to spread light in this darkest month of the year by donating to charities.
The Friends of the Crystal Falls District Community Library, a 501c3 non-profit organization formed to support programs at the Crystal Falls Library, is asking folks to consider giving to their organization this year.
“The Friends” have used the gifts received since October 14, 2021, when they came into existence to support many projects.
So far the group has used 79.6% of the monies spent on behalf of the library. The other 20.4% has paid for required government filing fees, developing our logo, and to solicit and thank donors. For a detailed breakdown on how The Friends have used the 79.6%, check the “Support” section on the website www.friends-cfdcl.org.
To make a donation, mail your check made out to “Friends CFDCL” to PO Box 294, Crystal Falls, MI 49920-0294 or drop it off at the library.
If you prefer to use a credit card, debit card or PayPal, go to our website, choose the “Support” button and on that page click on the Donate icon and follow the directions. We recognize all donations on our website, so let us know if you want to be “Anonymous.”             Thank you in advance for considering this local organization for your end of year support.
