Fortune Lake Lutheran Camp celebrates Fall Fest

Fortune Lake Lutheran Camp celebrated the season and talents of area quilters and crafters on Saturday, Oct. 1 at its Fall Fest.This years’ experience offered both virtual and live options. The silent auction contained over 60 items while the live auction included 30 items. The live event consisted of a continental breakfast in the dining hall, a bake sale, a country store and 12 homemade and seasonal craft items up for drawing. This annual fundraiser benefits Fortune Lake Lutheran Camp, a camping and retreat facility owned by the 82 congregations of the Northern Great Lakes Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and several other Lutheran churches.
