KINGSFORD/IRON RIVER — The Dickinson-Iron District Health Department received free children’s KN95 masks which are now available to the public.
These masks are provided by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.  KN95 masks for both children and adults are available in both the Iron County and Dickinson County offices.
In an attempt to ensure everyone has an opportunity to acquire KN95 masks who want them, we ask that residents pick up one pack of ten masks per person while supplies last.
Masks continue to be a safe, effective way to contain the spread of COVID-19. Public health officials believe the use of N95 or KN95 masks to be the best options, followed by a surgical mask, then a cloth mask.
