GEI Consultants presented its annual donation from their company as well as matching contributions from our local staff totaling $770 to the Iron County Locker Lunch program on Jan. 20.  For the past several years, the Iron River office has chosen to donate to Locker Lunch because they support their mission that no child should go to bed hungry. “Our staff applauds and values the efforts of the many businesses and community volunteers who provide these meals that help to improve the kids’ ability to learn and reach their full potential,” said a GEI representative. “GEI provides engineering services and solutions for complex municipal and industrial projects across the country and we are always looking for engineers to join our team.  Who knows? Maybe one of these kids is a future engineer!”  Pictured are, from left, Jeff Bal (GEI), Ryan Morgan (GEI), Sue Fritz (Locker Lunch), and Locker Lunch volunteers, Marla Busakowski, Sue Petersen, Chris Shamion, Debra Ketchum, Stephanie Siler and Linda Valesano.
