State Farm donates to West Iron County Fire Department

State Farm and owner/agent Marla Shamion recently donated a Fire Prevention Week kit to the West Iron County Fire Department. The kit contains brochures, kids’ activity booklets, newsletters, stickers, magnets and bags. Pictured are Jimmy Mylchreest and Shamion. Fire Prevention Week this year runs from Oct. 3-9. The theme is “Learn the Sounds of Fire Safety” which focuses on recognizing the different sounds and alerts that safety devices make when there is a fire or carbon monoxide hazard.
