WIC teachers gather for student-connectedness training

  • Teachers with the West Iron County School District attended professional development training on Aug. 23 as part of the “Capturing Kids Hearts” K-12 educational course. The program focuses on addressing behavioral and disciplinary issues by trying to create stronger connections between students and their schools, with an emphasis on social and emotional well-being.
