Windsor Center hosts ‘Great Start’ event

IRON RIVER — The Windsor Center will host Great Start, a two-day back-to-school event on Friday, Aug. 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday, Aug. 14 from 9 a.m. to noon.

There will be clothing, books, Legos, backpacks and other school supplies available.

The Community Closet, inside the Windsor Center on the third floor, will also be open during this event. Clothing, shoes and all other summer and winter clothing will be available for free. 

The Windsor Library will also offer free books, puzzles and magazines.
