KINGSFORD/IRON RIVER — The Dickinson-Iron District Health Department (DIDHD) is accepting appointments for COVID vaccinations for people who are age 18 and older.
Note this clinic is intended for individuals in need of a first dose.
If you missed your second dose previously and are still in need of a second dose, contact the office directly by telephone. DIDHD will continue to add clinic dates to the online schedule, so check back regularly for upcoming clinic dates.
Additional clinic dates for both counties opened online on April 12. Those individuals without computer access may call the office to schedule an appointment - Iron County at 265-9913 or Dickinson County at 906-774-1868.
Appointments are necessary; no walk-in appointments will be accepted.
The Iron County Clinic date is Thursday, April 22 (Pfizer vaccine). The clinic will be held at Forest Park Schools (east entrance).
For those individuals with access to the internet, consent forms and other information regarding COVID-19 is available at didhd.org.
Print and fill out a consent form prior to arriving at your appointment; this will help keep the clinic flow moving. For those who are unable, there will be consents available at time of check in.
Additional important information:
• A picture ID will be required at the time of your appointment
• To help maintain social distancing, do not arrive early for your appointment.
• COVID vaccinations will be provided at no cost to individuals.
• Scheduling and appointments are based on vaccine availability.
• Individuals will receive the date/time of their second dose appointment at the time of check-in (Moderna or Pfizer vaccine).
• If you are unable to attend for any reason, cancel your appointment so that doses can be rescheduled for other interested individuals.
