Crystal Falls food pantry seeking donations

CRYSTAL FALLS – Guardian Angels St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry of Crystal Falls serves families and individuals in need from the Crystal Falls, Alpha and Amasa areas. The pantry is open on Tuesday and Thursday 10 a.m. to noon. 
    This is a critical time of the year that the pantry shelves need to be filled as there is an increase of families coming in for food. 
If interested in making a donation, send to 136 Superior Ave. or food items can be dropped off during normal pantry hours.
The food pantry recently participated in the TV6 Canathon with 21 businesses and churches volunteering to be drop off points. Two thousand pounds of food were collected, along with several generous cash donations.
