IRON RIVER — The Iron River Farmers Market will move to a new location this season. It will be held near the old Kentucky Fried Chicken building on Adams Street, in the empty lot next to canoe and kayak rentals.
The Iron River Farmers Market is held every Wednesday starting at 11 a.m. and running until 3 p.m.
Previously, the Iron River Farmers Market was held at the  Klint Safford Memorial RV park next to the Iron County Economic Chamber Alliance building.
The Crystal Falls Farmers Market, held in the community garden between Wink’s Woods and the CoVantage Credit Union, will run every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Both markets will run through the first week of October, weather permitting.
Those with questions about the market or becoming a vendor should contact Ginny LaFountain at 906-367-4251.
