CRYSTAL FALLS — After the retirement of Chester Pintarelli, the Iron County Medical Care Facility has announced his successor, former assistant administrator Craig Jestila.
Jestila is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Michigan and a long-time healthcare executive, Services Coordinator Lindsey Anderson said in a news release. Jestila, who grew up in L’Anse and graduated from Michigan Tech, also holds a master’s degree in health care management.
“(He) has an extensive career leading people in healthcare settings,” Anderson said. “He brings a commitment of continued success that has been created over the years, as well as a personal passion for people, service, and quality.”
“I look forward to a journey of continuous improvement and making ICMCF the best facility in the eyes of our staff, residents, and families,” Jestila said. “I am always open to meeting families, answering questions, and addressing concerns. I’d be honored to know more of the families and friends of those who we are so grateful to have living here or even more of the storied history of this facility and those who have lived here before.”
Jestila can be reached at craig.jestila@ironcountymcf.onmicrosoft.com or at 875-6671.
