Clemo takes second at Keyes Truck Drags

FLORENCE, Wis. — Robert Clemo of Crystal Falls finished second in the Stock Division of the second annual Keyes Peak Uphill Truck Drags on March 13.
Organizers said that more than 3,500 people watched as four classes of trucks raced side by side up the intermediate run at Keyes Peak Ski Hill.  It was a double elimination tournament with more than 100 trucks from Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Indiana and Minnesota competing.  
Prize money of $6,000 went to the following drivers:

1st - Randy Patten of Vinton, IA
2nd - Robert Clemo of Crystal Falls
3rd - Todd Johnson of Vulcan
PRO STOCK  
1st - Paul Wegener of Bay City
2nd - Brady Murphy of Anita, IA
3rd - Brandon Sherman of Millington
SUPER STOCK:  
1st - Paul Wegener of Bay City
2nd - Jeff Bouman of Marquette
3rd - Adam Meyers of Austin
MOD  
1st - Dylan Kenedy of Nashville, Michigan
2nd - Joe Berke of Rockford
3rd - Tyler Stevenson of Cedar Springs
This event raised money for three local volunteer organizations -- Keyes Peak Ski Hill Committee, Blue Ox Trail Riders and the Florence Volunteer Fire Department.
