Windsor craft show puts a ‘spring’ in the step

The Windsor Center hosted its annual Spring Craft and Vendor show on April 17. Vendor Bill Spanos, pictured with Dawn Pisoni of the Windsor Center, enjoyed the warm spring day. Spanos showcased a collection of handbags and accessories at his booth outside the center.
