A day to remember the moments we won’t forget

Memorial Day is a time to honor and thank those who have kept our country safe since its inception. Many men and women came out to Evergreen Memorial Cemetery on May 31 to pay their respects to the fallen members of their profession. Steve Rhoades gave the address, while Christopher Sholander was the Master of Ceremonies. It was a beautiful sunny Monday during which our community honored those who have given so much so that our flag of freedom may still fly.
