To the Editor:     Proposal 3 does not protect existing abortion options. Rather, it is a Constitutional Amendment that will annihilate all existing laws that protect both the unborn AND women. What you read in the summary of the ballot is misleading and misrepresents the proposal’s actual language, except for the “invalidating all state laws” part.     Michigan…
