Jan. 21 was a busy day at Young’s near Chicaugon Lake for family and friends that gathered for Winterfest 2023. Visitors enjoyed horse-drawn wagon rides that were offered by Rocking W Stables of Eagle River, Wis. along with dog sled rides by Otter River Sled Dog Training Center and Wilderness Adventures out of Tapiola, cribbage tournaments, a s’mores bar and kids crafts. For outdoor adventurers there was fat bike riding, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing on the groomed trails at Young’s. (photo by Kevin Zini)
