Iron River community clean-up

IRON RIVER – The Iron River Beautification Committee is orchestrating another community clean-up day, May 5-6.
Meet at the West Iron District Library/City Hall parking lot for garbage bags, and hi-vis vests on Friday, May 5 at 9 a.m. If you can’t make it at 9 a.m. or wish to volunteer Saturday, May 6, please call or text Leeann at 906-284-3346 for instructions and materials.
Last year we collected over 1,100 pounds of garbage from neighborhoods, walking and ATV trails, parks, streets and parking lots.
Special thanks to the City of Iron River who is disposing of the garbage and providing volunteers with garbage bags and hi-vis vests.
