Crystal Falls VFW takes to the trails

CRYSTAL FALLS - Dave and MaryJo DeSmit facilitated a Poker Run June 8 to raise funds to support and fund programs that benefit local active duty and veteran service people. 

Twenty one side-by-sides, two Jeeps and two four-wheelers traveled Michigan trails throughout the day stopping at seven check points along the way. In total, 45 members of the VFW enjoyed a day on the trails where they shared a few laughs and made memories all in the name of a great cause. (Submitted photo)
