To the editor:
November, according to the Bates Hall Preservation Society Bylaws, means it is time for their annual membership drive. Due to the fact, that they were unable to access who donated to the (matching funds) CoVantage Cares Grant (privacy rules) they were not able to send out invite mailers to everyone. So, if you did not receive a packet, which includes a picture of the hall location, a contact list, brick order form and membership (active or inactive) form, they would be happy to email or mail you one by sending an email to President, Margee Brennan at 1margeebrennan@gmail.com. There will also be packets available on election day, Nov. 8 as you come in the main doors of the Bates Hall.
It is important to BHPS that you know how much they appreciate you and feel you are a very important cog in the success of the Bates Hall Campaign. You can proudly say you helped preserve history for at least another 100 years. What a great legacy to be part of such a wonderful mission
