Forest Exploration Day to be held June 11

CRYSTAL FALLS — Forest Exploration Day will be held June 11 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    Attendees will meet at the Mansfield Townhall for a tour of sites in both Mansfield and Sagola to view different forest types and discuss various forest-management techniques.
    Attendees are advised to dress appropriately for the weather. Lunch will be provided by VanOss Forestry.
    The event is hosted jointly by the Iron and Baraga Conservation District, Dickinson and Menominee Conservation District, and VanOss Forestry Services.
