Northwoods Geology Club picnic scheduled

FLORENCE, Wis - The Northwoods Geology Club has scheduled their annual picnic for Saturday, July 15 from 1-4 p.m., to be held at Keyes Lake pavilion which is located south of Florence off of Highway 101.
There will be drawings for many prizes. Folks are welcome to bring anything rock and mineral related to trade, sell or giveaway. Please bring a folding chair if you have one since seating is limited. Also, please consider bringing a dish to pass, snack material or treats. The club will provide sandwiches and soft beverages. Election of officers will take place at this time-please consider. 
Note: There will be no July meeting this month. Our next meeting at the Florence Resource Center will be August 23.
