IRON COUNTY/DICKINSON – Wild Rivers Realty & Associates, Inc is pleased to announce Carole Waitrovich has joined its team of Realtors. After a varied career in public service, Carole said, “I realized very early on that happy clients are what make me happy” leading her to a new career and new way to help.
She has been a licensed daycare provider, a licensed foster care parent, coordinated the Community HOPE for Suicide Prevention and founded a church food pantry. She has long been passionate about serving others in her community.
Carole said she has learned while serving others that everyone's needs and wants are different, especially in real estate. “Because I am in all four corners just for you, I will make sure that every stage you go through in selling or buying a home are met,” she said, adding “I will make sure you get the absolute best price in buying a home, and if selling, you will keep as much equity and wealth as possible.”
Carole is a welcome addition to the Wild Rivers Realty team. Her passion in helping others achieve their real estate dreams, selling or buying a home, camp/cottage, vacant land or a new or expanding business, is the company goal.
She and her husband Leon have six sons, Joshuah, Jeremiah, Josiah, Jonah, Jerah and Joah as well as four grandchildren. The family also hosts foreign exchange students. They live in Felch and are active members of Felch Mountain Bible Chapel.
As a full-time real estate agent, licensed in Michigan and Wisconsin, Carole will “enjoy the opportunity to work with great people and help them achieve their dreams.” She is looking forward to meeting all of her client and customer needs.
You can reach her on her cell at 906-396-7819 or e-mail her at carole@wildriversrealty.com. She will be primarily working in the Iron Mountain and Florence offices but can meet with clients/customers in the Iron Mountain, Florence, Crystal Falls or Iron River offices.
