IRON RIVER – The Wild Rivers Realty & Associates Broker/Owner team of Chase Erickson, Jill Ponozzo and Peggy Connors holds an awards dinner every spring to celebrate the past year’s success and to honor its million-dollar producers.
The WRR family of agents and staff gathered on March 22 and celebrated having over $48 million dollars in sales last year. They closed a total of 406 sides, representing either buyers and/or sellers. Wild Rivers Realty has consistently been a top-producing firm in the local MLS for two decades.
Stephen Remondini was the top selling agent last year with a total of $20.3 million dollars. He was not only WRR’s top agent, but the top selling agent in Iron County and the second highest selling agent in the entire MLS. Born and raised in Gaastra, Stephen graduated from West Iron County High School and then attended Gogebic Community College before pursuing a career in real estate. Remondini started his real estate career in 2014 and has been a million-dollar producer every year. Stephen services sellers and buyers across the entire Upper Peninsula with a focus on Iron, Gogebic, Baraga, Marquette and Dickinson counties. If you are considering selling your home or buying a home, consider Stephen for a truly exceptional experience.
Chase Erickson, with sales of over $7.8 million last year, is the original owner and founded Wild Rivers Realty & Associates in 1995. He was born and raised in Florence County and returned to the area after college because of his love for the outdoors. As a licensed broker in both Wisconsin and Michigan, he knows Iron County, Dickinson County and Florence County like his own back yard. A lifetime of real estate exposure on a casual and professional basis gives Chase the knowledge required to bring buyers and sellers to a successful closing.
Real estate transactions can be a stressful and trying time, but Nikki Cascioli, who had over $4.5 million in sales last year, will make the process not only seamless, but fun. Her knowledge of real estate procedures and law guide her customers/clients through the myriad of paperwork. Plus, being an Iron County native, her knowledge of the area helps pinpoint the perfect properties for her buyers, while her upbeat attitude will put her sellers at ease. Nikki has lived in the Iron Mountain/Kingsford area for the past few years and has an extensive knowledge of that area as well. She looks forward to working with clients from both communities.
With over 35 years of experience in sales and management, Jill leads her Wild Rivers Realty team with enthusiasm, an admirable work ethic and dedication to providing the best possible service and coverage to real estate buyers and sellers throughout the U.P. Jill joined the team 2006, later continuing her education to become a Broker. Jill sold over $3.5 million last year, and she has been a top producer in the MLS with multi-million dollar sales each year over the past decade, a success she credits to her diverse knowledge of the local area and first-hand experience in owning residential, recreational & commercial properties in the U.P. Jill has been proud to call Iron River home for decades, and is an active member of the community.
Margaret Hart sold over $2.5 million last year. She is licensed in both Michigan & Wisconsin and is happy to be a part of the team! Margaret’s real estate career started in 1994. She feels the most rewarding part of being a realtor is to see buyers and sellers realizing their dreams, whether helping them find their dream home or helping a seller with a successful sale. Margaret moved to the area in 1969. Originally from Door County, Wisconsin, she has now become a true Yooper.
Peggy Connors sold over $2.3 million last year. She has been a licensed Realtor in Michigan and Wisconsin for over 35 years, has consistently been a multimillion-dollar producer, and has developed a well-respected reputation due to a commitment to customer service. Her range of expertise is diversified, selling residential, waterfront, vacant and commercial properties.
Al Dumais, a Marine Corp Veteran, law enforcement retiree and a father of three, joined Wild Rivers Reality in 2006. This past year he sold over $1.2 million in real estate. As a lifelong resident of Kingsford, Al’s extensive knowledge of the Northwoods has helped his clients find the perfect piece of recreational land or property to build their dream home. Al’s love for helping others is evident and has led to his success earning him recognition as a million-dollar producer.
Carrie is not only a million-dollar producer, but also the office manager in the Iron Mountain office. This experience has given her a strong background and understanding of real estate transactions. Working closely with both clients and agents gives Carrie a unique perspective and the experience to meet the needs of both sellers and buyers. Last year she had over $1.2 million in sales. She was born and raised in Pembine, Wisconsin.
Mike Connors also had over $1.1 million in sales last year. He is a Dickinson County native.
