IRON COUNTY - The weather cooperated on Saturday, May 13, where 20 members of the Tufts Rondon VFW Post 2891 and Auxiliary walked along a 2-mile stretch of US Highway 141 between Crystal Falls and Amasa and collected 15 bags of trash. The Post adopted that portion of the highway and has remained dedicated to keeping it free of trash and debris. Thank you to the Highway Department who provided the vests and garbage bags.
