CRYSTAL FALLS - Senior adults are invited to learn more about their fish and wildlife neighbors Monday, Jan. 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fortune Lake Lutheran Camp.

As part of his presentation, Bill Ziegler, retired Michigan DNR Fisheries Management Biologist, will share photos captured by trail cameras, revealing the various species of wildlife that reside in area forests.

Ziegler graduated from the University of Michigan School of Natural Resources with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fisheries. Prior to working in the U.P., he worked as a Federal Fisheries Biologist in northern Wisconsin, Minnesota and the middle Mississippi River region. Also interested in photography and storytelling, Ziegler has written for The Iron Mountain Daily News Outdoor Page and for two of Michigan’s popular outdoor magazines.
