Purdue University Students study Iron County Streams

IRON COUNTY – Students and faculty of Purdue University will be conducting field studies in several Iron County streams the week of May 12. Their findings will be presented to the public Friday, May 17 at the Windsor Auditorium at 6 p.m.

All are welcome to attend to learn how their studies were conducted and the resulting data on aquatic health of our local streams
This annual education program is sponsored by the Iron County Watershed Coalition, whose mission is to educate and engage our community in projects that will restore and preserve our watersheds for future generations.
