IRON RIVER — Delina “Del” Liptak, age 103, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022, at Yorkshire of Edina in Edina, Minn. Visitation was held March 24, at the Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron River. A funeral service followed at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Caspian with Rev. Jose Cherian having offered the Mass of Christian Burial. MARQUETTE— Sandra Faye Nadeau, 77, of Fitch Ave., Marquette, passed away peacefully Thursday afternoon, March 17, 2022 at UP Health System Marquette with her loving family at her side after a 16-year courageous battle fighting Multiple Myeloma. CRYSTAL FALLS — Audrey L. Caroen, age 96, went home to the loving arms of the Lord and her husband on March 18, 2022, at the Iron River Care Center, surrounded by her loving family. CRYSTAL FALLS — Ronald Dean Franks, 72, passed away on March 19, 2022, at the VA Hospital in Iron Mountain. GLEASON, Wis. — Joseph Duane Kovacich died from a stroke on March 19, 2022, at home surrounded by his wife, Regan Eve, and their daughter, Andrea. He has laid down the Word (Bible) to be with the Word (Messiah).
