IRON RIVER — Patricia A. Hebert, age 83, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at the Aspirus Hospital in Iron River.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 7, at 11 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Iron River with Rev. Gregory Veneklase to officiate.
Interment will be in Resthaven Cemetery.

IRON RIVER — A graveside service for Kenneth A. Javoroski, who passed away on June 27, 2020, and Dorothy M. Javoroski, who passed away on Oct. 21, 2020, will be held on Saturday, July 3, at 10 a.m. at Rosehill Cemetery in Iron River with Pastor Chuck Sheffler to officiate.

IRON RIVER — Robert E. Mattson, age 82, passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at the Iron County Medical Care Facility.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 3, at the Upper Peninsula Calvary Bible Church, located at 2 West Monroe Street, Iron River, with Rev. Mark Mattson to officiate.

GREEN BAY, Wis. —Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend Mary Lynn Nordbeck passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at the youthful age of 52.
Graveside services were held at Resthaven Cemetery in Iron River on June 26, with a Celebration of Life held at the Iron River VFW.

IRON RIVER — Eugene “Gene” E. Yackel, age 77, passed away on Sunday, May 30, 2021, at Aspirus Iron River Hospital.
The West Side Veterans will accord Military Rites at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, at the Bates Township Cemetery and a Celebration of Life will be follow at 2 p.m. at the Bates Township Park Pavilion.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to local Veterans organizations of your choice.

CRYSTAL FALLS — Edwin Ernest Jarvis, 80, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020, at Aspirus Iron River Hospital.
Graveside services for Edwin will take place on Saturday, July 3, at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery at noon with Pastor DJ Rasner officiating.

Margaret Smithson
ALPHA — Margaret Mary Smithson, 91, passed away Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020, at Iron County Medical Care Facility.
Graveside services will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 3, at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery with Father Dan Malone officiating.
The family has entrusted the Nash Funeral Home and Cremation Services with arrangements.
Helen Pagel
ELLISVILLE, Mo. — Helen Therese Pagel, age 93, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020. She had been a patient at Missouri Baptist Hospital and succumbed to COVID while suffering from congestive heart disease.
A mass will be held at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, Crystal Falls, with intentions for Helen at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, July 2, followed by prayer service at the Hematite Township Cemetery in Amasa where Helen will be buried next to her husband, Roy. There will be a luncheon following the burial prayer service for family and friends at noon at the Runkle Lake Lion’s Den.
