SPRUCE HEAD, Maine — Donald Ray Choquette, 93, passed away peacefully at his home June 5, 2024.

MANSFIELD TWP. — James “Jim” Paramski, 81, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at his home with his family at his side. Visitation took place June 19 at the Nash Funeral Home in Crystal Falls. A Catholic Mass followed at the Guardian Angels Church in Crystal Falls. Father Daniel Dapaah officiated. The East side Veterans accorded burial rites. Condolences to the family of James W. CEDAR RIVER — A memorial service celebrating the lives of Reverend Clayton and Marilyn Parcels will be held on Monday July 8, 2024, at First Presbyterian Church in Menominee at  noon. Anderson Diehm Funeral Home is assisting the Parcels family with arrangements.

CRYSTAL FALLS — Silvio Joseph Parochelli Jr. (Silvio Jr) peacefully made his transition on Friday, May 17, 2024, at Iron County Medical Center, Crystal Falls. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Nancy Marie (Loia) Peloso passed away peacefully with family at her side on  June 12, 2024 at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Jacksonville.  She had celebrated her 97th birthday 10 days earlier. A private service with interment at Resthaven Cemetery will be held at a later date.

CRYSTAL FALLS — Volney A. “Ponch” Ponchaud, 75, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024, at his home. Visitation was held July 1 at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home. The DAV Chapter 23 and the VFW Post #3674 of Iron Mountain offered a Veterans service at the funeral home. Funeral services followed. Pastor Vicky Prewitt officiated. Paul Rawnick

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Paul R. Rawnick, 83, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024. He was born June 8, 1940, in Stambaugh, to Frank J. and Hedwig “Edna” H. (Znoroski) Rawnick. A burial will be held Monday, July 15 at 10 a.m. at the Rest Haven Cemetery in Iron River. A luncheon will follow.
