Rockin’ Robins Program

Even though spring was slow in coming, Covenant Point’s Rockin’ Robins program welcomed a total of 29 “little buddies” and 23 “big buddies” for three Friday after school sessions of exploration and adventure in the woods. Beginning in 2001, this outdoor education experience pairs an adult volunteer with a local kindergartner or first grade age child. Led by Maggie Scheffer and Covenant Point staff, the program offers children the opportunity to enjoy nature activities, projects and games in a fun and safe environment.
