Friends of Camp Batawagama golf fundraiser set for Aug. 29

IRON RIVER — Registration is open now for the Friends of Camp Batawagama annual golf outing fundraiser to be held on Sunday, Aug. 29 at Young’s Recreation Complex in Iron River.
Registration will be held from 8:30-9:45 a.m. with the shotgun start at 10. The event is a four-person scramble. The team fee of $300 includes golf carts and four outdoor lunches.
Sponsorship opportunities are available.
A hole sponsor is $100; a par sponsor is $250; a birdie sponsor is $500; an eagle sponsor is $1,000 (includes a team entry) and a corporate sponsor is $2,000 (includes a team entry).

The mission of Friends of Camp Batawagama is to foster the preservation of programs and the environment at Camp Batawagama. The vision is to take an active role by providing avenues of financial support and volunteerism to the camp.
