ONTONAGON — It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving mother, whose life touched many and whose memory will remain forever in the hearts of loved ones, friends and all who knew her. Private family service will be held in the future. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the St. Nicholas Project or Ontonagon Cancer Society in honor of Audree’s generous spirit and lasting impact. The family expresses gratitude to Baraga Memorial Hospital for ensuring her final hours were comfortable, Cane Funeral Home for making arrangements, and JoEllen Howard for providing comfort during that most difficult time. Audree will be dearly missed and fondly remembered for a life filled with love, compassion and inspiration. Cane Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
