COPPER HARBOR — Thomas Dale “TJ” Jones, 78, passed away peacefully July 30, 2026, after a battle with cancer, at Nu Roc Health & Rehabilitation Center in Laona, Wis. A Celebration of Life will be held in Copper Harbor during the summer of 2027. Additional details will be announced at a later date. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the Copper Harbor community, the compassionate nursing staff at Aspirus Keweenaw Hospital in Laurium; the dedicated nursing staff at Nu Roc Health & Rehabilitation Center in Laona; and the exceptional team at Moments Hospice with a special thank you to Nurse Jordan and Director Cassie for your compassion, empathy, kindness and unwavering support during Tom’s final journey.
